Rates do not include gas.Whatever gas the customer is given, that's the amount needed to be returned.Excess gas will not be reimbursed. |

| DEPOSIT |
|
|
| |
There is a $500.00 deposit required on all rentals, with a major credit card and valid US drivers license for 25 yrs and up, 24 yrs credit card with an additional $1,000 cash, 23 yrs credit card with an additional $1,500 cash, 22-21 yrs credit card with an additional $2,000 cash deposit.AT THE END OF ALL RENTALS EACH DEPOSIT IS RELEASED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER ONLY!![WITH OUT ANY INCIDENT] |

We accept international drivers licenses when accompanied by a valid government issued passport. (No exceptions) |

| MILES PACKAGE |
|
|
| |
Customers are allowed to purchased extra miles. $15.00 per rental day adds an additional 150 miles per day. A minimum of a 2 day rental is required. |

|
| INSURANCE REPLACEMENT |
|
|
| |
We offer insurance replacement cars for $25 per day and Mini Vans for $35 per day. You'll need an insurance card from your insurance company. |
|
|
| |
Insurance replacement car and Mini Van special rates may not be available during holidays, weekends and the busy season. Please call to check availability. A minimum of three days is required. |
|
|
| CANCELLATIONS |
|
|
| |
All cancellations must be done 48 hrs before pick-up to avoid any penalties. |
|
|
| DEBIT CARD |
|
|
| |
There is a $7.00 fee for using a debit card. |
|
|
| AGE REQUIREMENTS |
|
|
| |
Minimum Age: 18 |
|
|
| |
Age 18 to 21 - $100.00 surcharge applies. |
|
|
| |
Age 21 to 22 - $25.00 surcharge applies. |
|
|
| |
Age 22 to 23 - $15.00 surcharge applies. |
|
|
| |
Age 23 to 24 - $10.00 surcharge applies. |
|

| |
Age 24 to 25 - $5.00 surcharge applies. |

| |
Underage renters (age 18-24) must provide proof of own insurance and cannot purchase CDW from Econo Rentals. |

DRIVING AREA RESTRICTIONS |

There are no area restrictions while driving on paved roads. |

No charge pick-ups and drop-offs within radius of 2 miles. Let us know in advance if you will need a drop off or pick up. |

| INSURANCE POLICIES AND SURCHARGE |
|
|

We specialize in rental cars for insurance replacement by offering heavily discounted rates! If you have been involved in an accident, your car has been stolen or is in the shop for repair, you are eligible for our heavily discounted rates. Your insurance company may pay for a replacement rental vehicle. Just present your valid Insurance ID Card from any of the 50 United States.
We have the absolute lowest Insurance Replacement rates in all of NYC.
